The style I practice is the SIMPLIFIED 24 STEP system also known as taijiquan and I hope to introduce this to you through my website
as time progresses, Coupled with the Qui Gong series of exercises it has transformed my life, leaving me in control of my emotions and
very non stressed, I've been practicing it for about 8 months now and have just learnt the entire form, It's also opened my
mind to other things such as the very fashionable Feng Shui and the healing powers of crystals......
